Sessions are customized to your specific needs.
During an initial consultation we will discuss how I can help and decide together what techniques to combine for your session.
Sessions are 1 hour, 90 minutes or 120 minutes and are full body focused.
As we progress, the areas of focus will unfold and change naturally.
I work out of a clean and discreet studio space in Manhattan,
house calls are available upon further discussion.

200hr Yoga Teacher, 200hr Meditation Teacher, Level III Reiki Practitioner
I am a white, queer, kink friendly, big bodied, cis femme reconnecting
with my ancestral medicine from multiple lineages.
I am a trauma survivor with four years of recovery from an eating disorder and codependency,
and have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
