Hey it's Kirby!

I moved to New York City over a decade ago to work as a fashion model. 

Along the way I got into acting, and within the cathartic works of experimental theater, a deepened authenticity and intuition emerged that led me to become a bodyworker. I tapped into a skill that would become my way of helping people reconnect to their bodies and to the magical powers of touch.

Since then I became a registered yoga teacher, meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, 

clinical hypnotist, and am currently getting my Master of Science in Chinese Medicine to become a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist.                                         

 

With over seven years of experience I use multiple modalities including Reiki, Acupressure, Tui Na, Thai Massage, Cuddle therapy, Neo-Tantric practices, Pelvic and abdominal care, breathwork and Acupuncture. 

At the foundation of my work is my intuition, and my breath.

Each treatment is customized based on what needs are expressed in an initial consultation. My approach is sex positive, body inclusive, queer centric, harm reduction and trauma informed, and moving with a decolonized, liberation focus with the understanding that we all need one another to get there.

While immersed in my studies I make strange films with my company known as

The BB Players, grow mushrooms, practice mindfulness and remembering ancestral practices, think about death, and working to find community that is intentionally moving away from the violent systems we currently exist in; 

transforming together, one moment at a time.

Oh yeah, I do model shit sometimes, though I have decided I really dislike the industry.
